LIVING UNDER THE
POVERTY LINE

Scores of families are living below the poverty line in what is regarded as South Africas most beautiful city, Cape Town.

The city is home to 3.75 million people, but is dotted with slums large and small. Without running water or electricity, half a million people struggle daily.
